One Coast Hosts First Annual Holiday Homes Tour & Bazaar

On Saturday, December 11 from 1 pm to 4 pm, One Coast is turning up the cheer with its first annual Holiday Homes Tour & Bazaar. Guests will be invited to tour six model homes decorated for the holidays by design partners Francesca Grace and Vesta, all while traveling carolers sing seasonal classics. The event will also feature a host of festive events, including a live cooking demo with The Draycott’s Chef Josh Mason, a wine tasting experience, Kyle X Shahida pop-up shop and so much more. Ocean View Homes Tour

The event invites guests to meander six townhomes and residences, all beautifully decked in holiday decor by celebrated designers, Vesta & Francesca Grace. Traveling carolers will float from one home to the next, singing along the way, while special holiday experiences, shop pop-ups and more await within each.

 

Wine Tasting

What are the holidays without a smooth glass of red? One Coast’s holiday event will feature a special wine tasting experience courtesy of Beyond Organic Wines, a company known for their clean-crafted, hand-picked, authentically aged bottles with zero added sugar.

 

Live Cooking Demonstration

Head Chef Josh Mason of The Draycott — a celebrated local restaurant in nearby Palisades Village — will be coming to One Coast to share his secrets to crafting the perfect holiday dishes.

 

Kyle X Shahida Pop-up Shop

Guests will enjoy a special retail experience from Kyle x Shahida, a sustainable clothing brand brought to life by Kyle Richards—star of Bravo TV’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills—and  Shahida Clayton. Shop luxury resort wear, loungewear and more.

 

Holiday Gifts & Goods

‘Tis the season of treats. And with Sweet Laurel Bakery goods, the holidays are as healthy as they are sweet. Beyond a special dessert sampling, guests will be able to shop Sweet Laurel Bakery’s famed holiday gifts and goods for purchase. 

 

Francesca Grace Meet & Greet

One Coast is proud to have partnered with HGTV star and talented designer, Francesca Grace, to bring some of its homes to life with holiday cheer for this special event. Francesca Grace is also the mastermind behind model Residence 903’s brilliant interior design. 

 

Holiday Raffle Valued at $500

Guests will have the chance to enter a raffle valued at $500 and featuring a special bundle including a beautiful floral arrangement by Twigzz, plus champagne.

 

Toy Drive with Toys For Tots

One Coast is taking part in Toys for Tots and will be collecting gift donations on site during the event. Guests will be encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to a drop-off location in Residence 903 and Townhome 604.
