Pacific Palisades

The closest stretch of sand to One Coast, Sunset Beach boasts sweeping golden sands and glistening waters perfect for a morning yoga session or ocean swim. Here, you’ll find the iconic surf break, Sunset Point — which features long rights during southern swells. At One Coast, residents can even check the surf at Sunset Point from select residences. 

 

Also in the Palisades is Will Rogers State Beach, which features volleyball courts and picnic tables as well as three miles of beach frontage ideal for biking, rollerblading or running.

 

 

 

Malibu

Topanga Beach offers a quiet, family-friendly stretch of sand with waves well suited for casual surfers. This kiddo-friendly spot is also great for boogie boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, and windsurfing.

 

Further along the coast from Topanga Beach is Las Tunas Beach. Nestled right below the bluffs, this stretch of sand offers a secluded haven apart from the larger beaches and is great for fishing, diving, and swimming.

 

Just north of Las Tunas Beach is Carbon Beach. With a shallow-sloping shoreline, Carbon Beach is a beautiful, secluded location to kick your feet around in the water. Beach access is at 22126 PCH, right next to the house of David Geffen. 

Finally, there is  Surfrider Beach, which is true to its namesake as an iconic surfing beach. This gorgeous beach is perfect for watching the hypnotic swells from the sand or braving the first point break on a board.

 

 

 

Santa Monica

Just south of One Coast awaits a sprawling beach right off the Santa Monica Pier. These shores lap up the Southern California sunshine and offer mellow peaks perfect for beginner surfers.

 

Last but not least, there’s the iconic surf spot, Bay Street. Surfed since the 1960s, this classic break suits all skill levels depending on the conditions and is known for its peaky beach break waves.
