What’s sweeter than endless ocean views? Ocean views and freshly baked cookies. On December 15, Chef Laurel Gallucci — CEO and co-founder of L.A.’s beloved Sweet Laurel Bakery in Palisades Village — joined One Coast for a holiday edition of its “In the Kitchen Series” on Instagram Live. Featuring a step-by-step baking lesson from Chef Laurel herself, the live event provided Sweet Laurel Bakery’s vegan, paleo gingerbread cookie and chocolate chip cookie recipes — plus a glimpse inside Townhome 604’s spacious kitchen complete with Sub-Zero® and Wolf® appliances.
