One Coast Takes Home the Gold in 2022 SoCal MAME Industry Awards

The SoCal MAME Awards is among the nation’s most prestigious award ceremonies for thought-leading builders and developers in the real estate industry. And on October 1, we’re thrilled to share that One Coast took home the gold in not one but two categories: “Attached Community of the Year” and “Best Architectural Design of an Individual Attached Home Plan.” Explore what each win means below and why both One Coast and etco Homes earned a top spot as finalists in a total of seven impressive categories.

 

Attached Community of the Year

This distinguished category takes into account an array of key features in a community, including “design and sensitivity to natural or created environments, design appeal, creative use of space, materials, amenities, architectural continuity, landscape design and signage, and overall sales success.” One Coast is honored to have earned the acclaimed title of “Attached Community of the Year,” and can thank its masterful design, nature-infused spaces and exclusive resident offerings for the much-deserved success.

 

Best Architectural Design of an Individual Attached Home Plan

Brought to life by Bucilla Group Architecture, One Coast’s C3 floor plan won “Best Architectural Design of an Individual Attached Home Plan” in this year’s awards, which is based on “overall exterior and interior architecture, design appeal, function, and creative use of interior space and creative integration of plan design with site consideration.” Found in both Residence 903 and 901, the C3 floor plan is applauded for its innovative single-story design featuring three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, an expansive rooftop terrace, private veranda and versatile bonus room. 

 

Finalist Categories

In addition to earning “Attached Community of the Year” and “Best Architectural Design of an Individual Attached Home Plan,” One Coast and etco Homes placed as finalists in five other categories:
