One Coast Named 2022 SoCal MAME Industry Awards Finalist In 7 Categories

The prestigious 2022 SoCal MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) Industry Awards has named One Coast and etco Homes as a finalist in a whopping seven categories, ranging from “Community of the Year” to “Best Outdoor Space” and more. Explore all of the categories below and stay tuned for the award winners on October 1, 2022.
 

Community of the Year

One Coast is honored to be a finalist for this distinguished category. The “Community of the Year” category considers the “design and sensitivity to natural or created environments, design appeal, creative use of space, materials, amenities, architectural continuity, landscape design and signage, and overall sales success.” 
 

Best Special Promotion – Limited-Time Sales or Marketing Promotion

This category celebrates exceptional promotions that include a series of ads, print and electronic media, judging each on “creativity, design, and success of materials developed to gain product interest.” One Coast is thrilled to have been named as a finalist – largely in thanks to the community’s highly successful “One Night at One Coast” event, hosted in partnership with The Agency and The Surfrider Foundation Los Angeles and designed to celebrate L.A.’s two great loves – California beaches and new ocean view homes. Hosted by Mauricio Umansky, CEO & Founder of global real estate brokerage, The Agency, the Hollywood-like philanthropic gala marked One Coast’s official adoption of nearby Sunset Beach, located where Pacific Coast Highway meets Sunset Boulevard, and raised a total of $30,000 to benefit The Surfrider Foundation Los Angeles — $5,000 more than the community’s goal.
 

Sales Professional of the Year

Best Architectural Design of an Individual Attached Home Plan

One Coast’s C3 floor plan has been named a finalist for the “Best Architectural Design of an Individual Attached Home Plan” category, which is judged based on “overall exterior and interior architecture, design appeal, function, and creative use of interior space and creative integration of plan design with site considerations.” Available residences with the C3 floor plan include Residence 903 and 901, both of which feature a single-story 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath layout, an expansive rooftop terrace, private veranda and versatile bonus room. 

 

Best Outdoor Living Space

Finalists are judged on “concept, creativity, impact of furniture and accessories” when it comes to the “Best Outdoor Living Space” category – and it comes as no surprise that One Coast is among them. Each home at One Coast features spacious verandas and breezy private terraces, while select homes feature sprawling lawns or sun-swept, private rooftops fit to accommodate a spa and outdoor grill. Amidst expansive ocean-to-mountain vistas and gentle sea breezes, owners enjoy endless opportunities to soak up the Southern California sunshine from home. 

 

Best Architectural Design of a Multi-Family Community
