ICYMI: Watch One Coast’s Launch Event Online Now

On September 10, One Coast celebrated its official launch — one of the most anticipated coastal project unveilings in California — with a spectacular filmed on-location virtual event hosted by Bree Long, SVP of sales & marketing at etco Homes.

The cinematographic event welcomed viewers to the bluffs of Pacific Palisades, where Bree introduced One Coast’s residential enclave of 53 oceanfront homes from a stunning rooftop terrace. A brief overview of the event teased scenes of One Coast’s model designer townhomes, and just moments later, viewers are treated to an in-depth look at the design inspiration behind One Coast’s interior textures and colors from Principal Don Cordova and Partner and Senior Designer Hayley Adler of OBJEKTdesigns. Filmed from an exquisite townhome dining room, Don and Hayley detailed the process behind crafting One Coast’s three design palettes Saltair, Seashell and Pearl as well as the art of melding sophistication and playfulness into each space. 


Sales Associate Lisa Hillary then brought viewers along for a much-anticipated, exclusive first look inside One Coast’s 3-bed, 3.5 bath townhome 303 located in Building Three, where homes enjoy direct sight lines to the Pacific Ocean. The tour through this two-story coastal haven reveals a light and airy Pearl palette, exquisite interiors and an expansive rooftop terrace with 360-degree views from the ocean to the Santa Monica mountains. 


Following the event’s first home unveiling, etco Homes Principal and COO Bob Etebar spoke on the guiding vision behind One Coast, etco Homes’ flagship project, noting everything from its resilient architectural design to its exceptional locale amidst Southern California’s most precious natural wonders — sprawling beaches, mountain trails, and golden hillsides. Bob also extended thanks to all who helped bring One Coast’s one-of-its-kind offering to life, giving special mention to the essential construction development team who worked through the pandemic, following all the regulatory guidelines, to get One Coast across the finish line and bring essential housing to Los Angeles. 


The exciting premier of townhome 703 followed, in which Bree Long herself gave viewers a first-look tour of One Coast’s 5-bed, 5.5 bath coastal sanctuary with an expansive backyard perfect for formal or relaxed entertaining. We could tell you about this oceanfront home’s indulgent indoor-outdoor spaces, dreamy interiors and high-end finishes — but we think it’s best to see townhome 703 for yourself. 


Finally, viewers were introduced to One Coast’s exciting amenities, starting with the community’s natural surroundings boasting iconic coastal trails and glistening surf breaks. Here, an escape to nature is only moments away, with the golden sands of Sunset Beach easily accessible via One Coast’s hillside stairway. Amenities also included an oceanfront Observation Terrace with a high-powered telescope and lounge, 24/7 live attended gatehouse and surveillance cameras throughout the community and five-star level services.
