ICYMI: Holiday Homes Tour & Bazaar Event

Last weekend, One Coast hosted its first annual Holiday Homes Tour & Bazaar. The special event invited guests to meander six townhomes and residences, all beautifully decked in holiday decor by celebrated designers, Vesta & Francesca Grace. Traveling carolers roamed from one home to the next, singing along all the way, while special holiday experiences awaited within each home – including including a live cooking demo with The Draycott’s Chef Josh Mason, a wine tasting experience, Kyle X Shahida pop-up shop and so much more.

To highlight a favorite local restaurant in The Palisades—The Draycott—Head Chef Josh Mason hosted a live cooking demonstration in Residence 604. Chef Mason cooked a delicious kale and quinoa salad, paired with brussel sprouts and grilled Branzino fish as the main entree. Guests received his culinary secrets on how to perfectly replicate this tasty menu option at home. 

 

 

HGTV star designer Francesca Grace, the mastermind behind model Residence 903’s interior design and holiday decor, was present at the event to answer any questions that guests might have had.

 

 

In Townhome 702, guests enjoyed shopping at a Kyle X Shahida pop-up. The sustainable collection from star of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Kyle Richards, and entrepreneur Shahida Clayton offered a collection of beautiful designer resort wear and loungewear pieces.

 

 

What are the holidays without a glass of red? Townhome 307 featured a wine tasting experience from Scout and Cellar. Amidst the beautiful holiday decor, guests could grab a glass or two as they toured the striking model home. 

 

 

Dressed in Santa hats and moving from home to home, the event’s traveling carolers certainly brought the holiday cheer by singing the season’s most cherished classics.

 

 

One Coast also took part in Toys for Tots and collected gift donations on-site to bring cheer to children in need of gifts this holiday season. The gift collection turned out to be a spectacular success, with dozens of new, unwrapped toys dropped-off in Residence 903 and Townhome 604.
